The human element is the main resource in different organizations, especially banks, because it based on providing services to customers, which turn depends performance of its employees. Human management (HRM) practices play an important role raising This paper aims identify HRM (planning, polarization, selection and appointment, training, compensation) their impact enhancing employees Jordan Islamic Bank. study used a descriptive-analytical technique describe influence strategies improving employee at relies gathering facts, information, data describe, analyze, evaluate them draw conclusions. All administrative workers Bank branches Jordan, including managers staff, were included research population. sample 145 staff from various levels Bank, who chosen randomly all bank's branches. concluded that there are significant effect correlation between performance.
